Abstract

In this modern day of digital transformation, various organizations are faced with changing or re-imaging their way of running a business, as the new digital process is bringing up-to-date technology and tools. Just like any other change management initiative in a business, this will also face various kinds of challenges in business through the transformational process like issues regarding people, structural problems, technical barriers, etc (Zawacki et al. 2018). The problems that are being faced by the transformation of the digital era in a business are the lack of updated change management strategy, the complexity of new software and technologies, adaptations of new tools and processes, the continuous evolution of the needs of customers, lack of digital transformation strategy, lack of IT skills, security concerns, constraints in budget and various cultural mindsets.
